ONCE I SUBMIT MY ATR APPLICATION TO THE ATCB, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I AM A PROFESSIONAL REGISTERED ART THERAPIST?

Applications are reviewed as soon as possible in the order in which they are received. Only applications that are complete have all required application materials. The review process takes eight to twelve weeks. Applicants should check their MYATCB accounts for application updates. ATCB will notify applicants in writing regarding his/her application after the review of the application.

DO I NEED TO SUBMIT NEW SUPERVISION AGREEMENT FORMS AFTER APPROVAL?

No. The ATCB no longer requires ATR-P credential holders to submit updated or new supervision contracts to the National Office.
